The European Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW) is the biggest event dedicated to renewables and
efficient energy use in Europe, organised by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for
Energy and the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA).
In 2025, EUSEW will be held in a hybrid format, with onsite events in Brussels and online, on 10-12
June. Discussions this year will focus on the Clean Industrial Deal and the role of EU energy policy
in advancing a clean, competitive, and just transition.
The European Sustainable Energy Week consists of a 3-day Policy Conference, the European
Sustainable Energy Awards Ceremony, the Energy Fair and the sixth edition of the European Youth
Energy Day. In November 2024, various calls are rolled out, inviting the wider EUSEW community
to co-create the event week in multiple ways—ranging from hosting a policy session to
participating with their next local activity as a Sustainable Energy Day.
